Just over 3 years ago I was involved in a car accident where we were hit from behind and done a 360 degree spin from the outside lane of a dual carriageway to the embankment at the side of the inside lane (car was a write off!)
I ended up having 3 weeks off work due to a back injury and was advised to make a claim, which I did. A medical was arranged for me to attend so a doc could make a report.
I have just had a phone call from the company who arranged the medical asking if I was happy with their service? She then went on to ask if I required their services for anything else. No, thankfully not I replied. I was then dumbstruck when she asked if I could think of any family or friends that I could recomend that may need some help!!
Also thankfully not, but this has really flabergasted me.
Anyone else had this?

Unfortunately the tactics employed by particularly accident management companies (who are different to solicitors) are often less than professional in this regard. It tarnishes the public image of the industry, and combined with the standard sensationalist media reporting it results in a general public view of personal injury litigation that is inaccurate in many respects."MIND IF I USE YOUR PHONE? IF WORD GETS OUT THATI'M MISSING FIVE HUNDRED GIRLS WILL KILL THEMSELVES."0
