Getting my gas meter moved

    we had ours moved free of charge, the gas pressure to the house was too low, new feed and meter where we wanted and they repiped the gas feed.

    Not gas, but electric - I wanted mine moved from rear to front of my house. I tried it on that the supply line was corroded and needed replacing. the guys who came out were excellent. They stated that the line was fine. I fessed up that I was skint and really needed the supply moving to the front. They said they'd put it on the end of their list and claim it needed doing and it wouldn't cost me a penny. Result! Needless to say they both got £30 in their hand from me to get themselves a drink when they came and did it.
