As the subject says.Does not have to be free or shareware but it must be as good as Money. It would also be a bonus if I can inport my Money file into it.

There are a few opensource / free possibilities (whether they allow MS Money importing I cannot say).
I'm guessing you use windows so your choices are:
Money Manager: http://www.thezeal.com/software/index.php?Money_Manager_.NET
Ace Money Lite: http://www.mechcad.net/products/acemoney/index_lite.shtml
Jgnash: http://jgnash.sourceforge.net/wiki/index.php/Main_Page
Money Box (free beginner version): http://www.moneybox.ai/
If you use Linux (or possibly Mac OS X)then you have:
GNUcash: http://www.gnucash.org/
KMyMoney: http://kmymoney2.sourceforge.net/index-home.html"One thing that is different, and has changed here, is the self-absorption, not just greed. Everybody is in a hurry now and there is a 'the rules don't apply to me' sort of thing." - Bill Bryson0 -
Or you can try....
Personal Accountz http
/accountz.com/household.html
Its cross platform, and has an excellent data entry method which makes it very quick to enter data.
The company is very responsive to help requests.

I spent a long time looking for something equivalent on a mac, since Money was my final piece of Windows software left over from running a PC. I found 2 pieces of software.
MoneyWell (about $50 USD)
and
moneyGuru (about $30 USD)
Both are good in their different ways, I personally opted for MoneyWell, as it imports Money files pretty well and allows me to download & import my Quicken or MS Money format statements from my bank, just like I did with MS Money.
MoneyWell can sometimes be had on special offers every now and then from macupdate.com as a part of a $50 bundle, which is how why I went with it.
Hope this helps.
