Dartford Powercut July 2009 - Claim Form
Ok so everyone is receiving letters regarding the latest payouts from EDF.
We haven't received one, our neighbours have, it's probably gotten lost in the post or something. We were without power for the entire duration of the powercut.
Can I find a copy of the claim form anywhere?
Thanks

I just read about it now and remember it very well. Looking at their figures... "EDF has agreed to pay £700,000 compensation to 12,000 worst affected customers on top of goodwill payments." it works out at approx £58.00 each. Is this similar to what you expect? Just being curious... :rotfl:Ok so everyone is receiving letters regarding the latest payouts from EDF.

I know what we are entitled to, I know everything that's going on, except we haven't received the letter and claim form.
So my post here was in the hope someone could provide a copy or point me in the right direction of one.

Call EDF on their special freephone information hotline - 0800 587 2263 if you have any queries on this matter

You appear to have missed all the drop-in sessions they organised which ran from 25-27 October."Now to trolling as a concept. .... Personally, I've always found it a little sad that people choose to spend such a large proportion of their lives in this way but they do, and we have to deal with it." - MSE Forum Manager 6th July 20100
