YES> GUTTED. but not letting go that easily.
If they accepted your booking and took payment surely they have entered into an agreement for which they have contractual obligation. COMPLAIN. See what happens. Complain to priceline and to Ceasers Palace.
We at least should be given some form of compensation.
ARGGHHH. so peed off0 -

There's a long thread here on flyertalk.
May be worth monitoring as (no surprise) the 'yanks are suing!
I had TWO reservations:
Both made on the same day.
The first one was for check-in on 24th October for two nights viz Tues and Wednesday.
The second one was for check-in on 26th for one night Viz Thursday.
My first reservation (still) stands
My second reservation has been cancelled
Looks like myself and lovtofly3 (on flyertalk)may have snuck in under the radar.
I'm (slightly) kicking myself for not booking the three consecituve days at first, but I'm not complaining (much)
I have only saved $40 on this deal as I have a pre-paid non cancellable res at the Venetian on the 25th. booked through PL on the day before this deal broke. (classic bad timing!)
My Luxor res on the 24th was for $70 and included $30 for food.
Still the location is better, I don't have to mess about with check-ins\outs on Wednesday, but I will have to book another room (somewhere) for the Thursday as I've just cancelled that one at the Venetian ($149).0 -
