New pc advice pls

Have disabled son who lives, eats, sleeps and breathes World of Warcraft.
His pc at the moment is quite old and struggles to cope with the game when graphic settings are turned up so as Wow has new expasion coming out with new graphical effects we decided to get him a new one for Christmas.
Have read that Wow relies more on processor and memory than graphics card so could do with some advice as how to get the best gaming experience for him from the new pc.
He runs 2 screens all the time - 22inch widescreen samsung T220 and a dell 19inch.
Wow is running in maximised windowed mode on main screen and sometimes he runs his other account side by side on the other screen so new pc has to be able to run Wow on both screens in windowed mode with max graphics if possible and still get a decent FPS in crowded areas.
Have done some looking around but am getting really confused with whether to go SLI/Crossfire (which I read doesn't work for wow in windowed mode), which processor, how much memory, which hard drive and how fast etc etc and could really use some help with the spec.
Oh and also needs to be reasonably quiet as he has pc in main living room.
Budget around £1k (don't need keyboard, screens, mouse etc) but could go a little higher if really necessary.

Me personally i build my own but if it's not your thing then i suggest this as it's under budget and has loads of power
