Barclaycard login problem?

Just tried to login to my account and as i get as far as putting in my passcode and then get the following message, i dont even get to the putting in memorable word bit

If this problem persists please contact Internet Customer Services
on 0844 556 0105 (+44 1452 828 001 when calling from abroad)
between 8am and 10pm, 7 days a week
Is anyone else having the same problem or is it just me ?
