 Does anyone know how you would go about cancelling a timeshare contract. It's driving me crazy and causing me a great deal of stress and money. i'd be grateful to hear how others have managed it.

if you have had it more than the cooling off period and already paid you cant your stuck with it.
If your still in the 28 day cooling off period just write to them cancelling it
If you look anything like your passport photo....Your too ill to travel

Depends where it was sold to you as to the cooling off period.

Thanks for replying. Its in Florida and 8 years old, and we now want to cancel, but what a stress. Watchdogs site provides a lot of guidance with links to help, so I'm keeping my fingers crossed we can get rid of it soon with minimal cost.
