problems with Optoma HD200x Projector and Customer Service

Hi all,
looking for a bit of help...

I have a Optoma HD200x projector, which developed a fault around a month or so ago, whereby it had a very orange colour spreading from one of the corners toward the centre.


The projector was bought in feb and has only 119 hours usage.

i went through the RMA process when i noticed this was a fault. so 3 weeks ago it was collected by citilink, i was told to expect a 5day turn around.
after a week and a half i still hadnt heard anything so i called up to be told the main board was faulty and was on order... fast forward another week and a half and my projector finally turns up on friday.

like a kid a christmas to have it back i plug it in, nothing....
change sockets..... nothing
panic change power leads still nothing,

so here i am, i finally get it back and it wont turn on, no orange standby light, nothing...

does anyone have any suggestions? im absolutely livid at the service i have received... as its going to be atleast another week im without it now...
so thats a full month without it, full month of the warranty iv lost etc. not to mentions the fact my full lovefilm subscription hasnt been touched for a month ( i would have put on hold if i knew)

so where can i turn, whats my rights etc? tbh i dont want it back now, i just want a new model..... as its come back in a poor state, tape marks all over the top face of it etc - i treat it with such care, and for such an expensive product, to make matters worse i cant even ring up til monday now....frown.gif

any help or advice greatly received. thanks
