Technically they are not banning clamping in the UK, as Scotland has already the ban for the last 10 years or so, NI is not included in the ban I believe, so its England & Wales in the next couple of months I think.Excel Parking, MET Parking, Combined Parking Solutions, VP Parking Solutions, ANPR PC Ltd, & Roxburghe Debt Collectors. What do they all have in common?
They are all or have been suspended from accessing the DVLA database for gross misconduct!

according to john redwood's blog the provisions of the freedom bill (which include private clamping) are about to be scaled back.When does clamping become illegal in the UK then ?

if clamping stays in
and
if the provision goes through both houses unamended
we'll have something to celebrate.
