The only thing I'll say is get the quote and make sure there is a list of all they work they've agreed to do, then, and this is the important bit, make sure you stand over them when the're doing it.
I had mine done a few years back and they told me they would do any remedial work before fitting the new fascia and soffits, needless to say they didn't bother because I wasn't there to watch them.0
