BIG THANKS to FCC it is so noticeable now how my home is shaping up...

    Im in again,

Only partially due to Operation Day being Wednesday sorry all I know I keep on banging on about it but its dominating my mind right now. Still after it is done you can have daily updates on the op, the scars and the healing process ... Can't say I am not consistent :rotfl:

I have a special list for me to do before hospital so I will be following that and no doubt adding things to it , panicing that things are not done :rotfl:and having the occasional whinge :p

    Here is my list..

Might be in anything from 1 night to 7 nights so plan for the worst then nothing is left to worry about :D

Clean out fridge/veggie rack - freeze/use what I can or give to mum so none is wasted
    Empty all bins
    Clean out fire
    Bring in coal and sticks
Pack hospital bag - DO NOT FORGET MEDS
    Clean cat litter tray
    Sort out cat food
    S&S Bathroom
    S&S Kitchen
    Sweep/Mop/Hoover all rooms
    Wash/Dry/Iron all possible
Attend and run support group Tues eve - Hand over key
Sort out 2 bags with pjs/undies/flannel/towel in to leave out in case needed in hospital
[STRIKE] Iron curtains and then get Dad to help put back up curtain rail and curtains in bedroom[/STRIKE]
Charge up MP3 player and update music
    Dig out sudoku book
    Order repeat prescription
    Binbag dance throughout
Chase candles if no letter on Monday
    De-clutter LR and bedside cabinet
    Study, STUDY, STUDY!!!!
Call sister and Marie on Tuesday

Hmm should be manageable as long as I manage to keep my head

off to get a load of washing in now and then I can say I have done something other than sit crocheting all evening :rotfl:

I'm in again this week, thanks pigpen.

DS is at playschool tomorrow morning so I reckon I can get quite a bit of that done. It's a toss up between doing that and going food shopping but I think I'll just take DS shopping in the afternoon - he'll love that :)

I'm becoming a bit obsessed now in clearing up. Downstairs has been tidy all weekend (at least once kids are in bed) so thank you all for your inspiration :T

Here's to a good week for everyone

I'm in this week. DH was off last week so my house looks like a right mess. I don't understand how him being here for the week means that so much more mess gets created.
Will need to work really hard this week to catch up on what was missed last week so will be doing lots of HHC's!!
Thanks to all at FCC for the lists.

    Evening all

Thanks to FCC for the lists. I will be in properly this week, posting daily and hopefully making a difference.

Sorry to hear you are struggling at the moment, PenPen and Sparkle. I really admire what you achieve on a regular basis and I'm sure you'll be back on track soon. Sparkle - is it the additional work from your studies which is causing you problems?

Hope you have a good week, everyone. I'm looking forward to Thursday, because I've got the rare treat of being on a training course in York.

I think it is, its very hard to fit it all in to working full time, keeping on top of the housework, prepping away for christmas eg chutney making and cake baking and trying to have a life and then all the reading gets shoved to one side

I really really need to knuckle down a bit this week as I have no idea where 3000 words are going to come from

    Monday's plan
Get up and fit the HHI in before work
return from work and zoom around the LR list while tea is reheating
    Settle down to 2hrs reading
Wash up and get work stuff ready before bed
final unsecured debt to repay currently £8333

I'm in again this week :)

Sofas and carpets have been vacuumed, roast has been de-cluttered :D and dishes done. I did add 'tidy pots & pans cupboard' to my list to do at some point this week, had to do it straight after dinner because wife found a huge slug in the cupboard! crawling all over everything! So everything had to be dragged out and cleaned.
Now I'm relaxing and watching Poirot before bed :)
