Home Owner option?

Sorry if this has been asked before, I tried a search but couldn't find the answer.

I've just become a home owner and and my partner lives with me but he's not on the mortgage. What option should he choose on car insurance quotes as he's techincally not a home owner but he's not a tenant either or living with parents etc.
