Boiler/central heating Insurance

Have an Ideal Boiler fitted in my new place that is now 3 years old.
I know that Ideal Boilers are poor but it came as standard. It's not been working too badly over the last few months but has been temperamental in the past.
Looking for some central heating / boiler insurance and have a couple of queries:
1) anybody recommend a policy? How much etc
2) Some policies only fix problems that are not beyond economical repair- are there any that would replace the boiler should it be beyond economical repair?
