No idea, I do get envious of peoples prizes at times though! But I think its because my "big prizes" this year were cash so got sucked up by debts etc... I won £1k and my OH won £1k too! so yes we have been very fortunate this year!
I think i've easily clocked up 60-70 prizes this year! I think I will make a list like above as things get sold or given to others and you forget just how lucky you've been! But i've also had alot of prizes not turn up too
Ive stopped comping for a while but hope to get back on track for xmas!Had my amazing little girlie 08/12/2007 - 11 days late! 9lbs 3oz
My second little girl entered the world 20/03/2010 - 11 days late! 8lbs 4oz
Sealed pot challenge 4 - 332
Make £11k in 2011 £0/£11000 - 0%
And lots of other challenges!

Kimmy,
WOW how on earth have you done so well with all those wins? Do you spend alot of time comping? Have you any advice for a mum of two boys that would love a couple of suprises now and myself of course for all the hardwork i do
Seems like its luck of the draw as some people are real winners and a few get minimal, im sure i just read someone got 20 wins in over 5000 entries is that something that happens alot or down to what you pick and where you enter comps?
Im just about to read the hints and tips thread and maybe give myself a little knowledge before comping.
Thanks
Hey well its just luck I guess. I don't tend to do dailys, or text or post card. So just do the ones on the main board. I tend to enter 2 -3 days before their end date , then keep my fingers crossed. I do enter for both me and OH ( we live at different addresses), so I guess that gives me a better chance. I just never give up and don't expect anything, and any surprise is great. And I just enjoy doing it. If it was not fun I would not bother. I find it easiest to do the comps in the evening whilst watching the tele:rotfl:2015 Big wins: luxury 7 night holiday in sharm el sheikh, theatre tix, £123, IPad Air 16gb, Night in London hotel celebjuicetix :, Portable dvd playerT
Best 2014: £900 VIP cheltenham races day, £200 H&M voucher, £300 camera, 2 nights luxury apt Harrogate, 5 nights glamping cumbria
Total:2010: £10,531, 2011:£11,0750 -
Hi skyrage, Yes I have entered over 5k of comps in 3 months and this takes me on average of 3 hours a day over this period, Im not going to give up on this just yet as im in it for the being part of something with like minded peeps than just outright winning.
Hugs to all.
I was trying to work out the math before as thats an impressive amount of comps. 20 wins is better then nothing as they say.
I cant truely say im not in it for the possible wins otherwise i wouldnt consider spending that much time comping BUT my life wont evolve around getting depressed if its not my luck. If your meant to be rewarded you will be one way or another. I just want to do something productive with my spare time as this time of year gets a little lonely & boring.

That will also be my guilty pleasure once DS is in bed!! I will just enter myself as OH is picky about given details out etc. But guess one entry gets you in to win :rotfl:
Thanks for the tips im going to have a gander later & get to grips on how everything works etc0 -
I do it 'cos I love it. I don't count the wins, I treasure what comes along, but not as much as the PM's that turn up out of the blue.
I get a bigger buzz from "thanks" from peeps.
Plus contacting some of my favourite people on this wonderful board.
OK, winning stuff is cool as well!
I probably win about once every three months; this year it must be about £3,500. The great thing is that every win (almost) has been something I wanted to buy, but couldn't justify! My lovely wife is very cool with this!
So, I'm in for the game, not the prizes; but they are nice if (and when) they come along!

78 wins here, but I've been very fortunate with what I've won.
I've had a few big wins this year though, which means the value of what I've won is my highest one since I started.
Total to date - £309.15
March wins - Leaves of Grass DVD0 -
I've won 21 and been comping since July, I must admit I really enjoy entering them and looking on the boards to see who has won what!2012 wins:
