Hi all, If you were to fail the medical assesment for ESA and decide to appeal the decission when do they reinstate the payents is it when you first tell them that you wish to appeal or once they have recieved all the paper work for the appeal and do they back date any payments that may have been stopped IYKWIM Thanks for…

People say they have failed the medical when they have been declared fit for work because that is the terminology the DWP use.
