I'm open to all links, suggestions re: this long-held wish - under £1000.
Room would sit into back left corner of garden and I'd like to have 'putah in there too. I would have proficient help.
Budget is small - would like to do as much as poss. myself.
Is it remotely achievable?[by woman if 61, just to make clear poss. physical/building limitations]
