I once bought a car seat base and by accident I ordered the Britax one instead of the maxi cosi one (I was pregnant at the time) it was over a £100 and I had got about 2000 points- I expected the points to be taken back but they never were! that was over 2 years ago.0

All I know is someone came to the till the other day and points were taken off their card because they had brought something back the last time they were in and not given their card,Boots do seem to be getting more strict with things.0
