Although an adjudicator hasn't had to make a finding on it yet, that argument has been used successfully, in that Councils have folded and refunded people, the latest success was posted in the pepipoo successes thread only this week!

I think i had read the wrong article compare to you. My bad I'll have a look later and probably i could amend it to use in my case for now since i need to sent the representative letter this coming thursday

If you want your money back then please hurry and post your own thread there on pepipoo with a draft of your letter. Include the scans you've shown here. If you have already posted on pepipoo and need more advice then reply on your own thread asking for whatever help you need, as it's urgent.

You MUST get your appeal in on time but you must also get it right, of course. The above post as not quite right I believe because the 'Special Enforcement areas' loophole was closed a few months ago. There are other points of appeal you can use with pepipoo's help.

When did you collect you car from the pound? That was day one, so only count forward 27 days and that's the very latest date the Council must actually receive your reps.

Good luck, nothing to lose by appealing so don't let this go.

Thanks mate I'll shall post my draft at pepipoo tomorrow and should be able to sent it by thursday i hope! This coming monday will be my 27 day!
