Please Help! Ebay Seller Threatening Court Action - Urgent!

I can tell you he didn't sell the car again. New buyer with 0 feedback. Looks to me like he tried to bid the price of his own auction up and accidentally ended up winning his own auction. That would also explain why he then came after you after the second auction. Somtam1981 (registered on the 6/10/06 and bid the same day) is another one of his shill accounts. Notice how Somtam bid against you, as well as bidding on the second auction? 1941Lewis (registered on the 07/20/06 and bid the same day) also bid on your auction, as well as the second one (winning it in the end).
Ignore him - he can't do anything to you.In a rut? Can't get out? Don't know why?
It's time to make that change.

Personally I would not worry!
I think you walked away from a con!!
If he comes after you, DO take him to court. Then he wiil end up paying out alot more and still have the duff car!

Email him saying if he takes you to court, you'll counter claim against him for expenses and emotional stress!! Point out he couldn't get the car started and threaten him with Trading Standards!
Should get him off your backMy broad mind and narrow waist are slowly swapping places!!0 -
Hahaha he's relisted it again! which just shows he's shilling, I love it when sellers try this and it bites them on the !!!!My Doctor told me that "1 out of 3 people who start smoking will eventually die." The other two apparently became immortal.

Oh yes... do it

Must be costing him a small fortune is all these listings...It's BOUGHT (to Buy), not BROUGHT (to bring) AND you cannot be frauded, only DEfrauded.
Please do not buy animals from a pet store. Visit your local sanctuary or centre and give a good home to an unloved or abandoned animal.0 -

Told you...
I'd report the seller for shill bidding.

So do I :j
I can imagine them sitting there watching it end with their shill bid as the winner and going :wall:
All those lovely fees to pay, except of course I assume they allow themselves to do a mutual reclaim.

Just want to thank you all so much for pointing out his shill bidding activity, it never occured to that might be what he was doing. I have now reported him to eBay and as they won't tell you the outcome of their investigation in order to maintain member privacy, I shall be keeping a close eye on his account hoping to see the big red 'no longer registered' next to his account.
In the meantime, should I leave him a neg now, 'cos on Sunday I have a jolly good feeling I will receive my first ever Unpaid Item strike cos he appears to have no intention of retracting the UPI claim. Not unless I could blackmail him too............ no, no, no, I am getting just as bad as him now
If I do leave him a neg, he'll probably neg me back but then I do have a 1725 rating whilst he has a 102 so it will hurt him more than me.
What do you all think?0
