Dont forget that you have a lousy memory too.
No crime against that .
and only admit it if you have no further choice.
Good luck.
Btw I flicked my dog-end out of the window in Essex so perhaps we'll be nextdoor to one another in the Scrubbs.:)
Hopefully not, But hopefully I can pass on a bit of info that may ber moneysaving. In our borough there is a clamp down on litter and £50 on spot fines are issues. They inc thorwing cig ends out of car windows as litter and they don't need to appraoch you just take your car details.0 -
Then how do they know who it was?
I think people take such fines as if they have no choice. I think half of the time it is disputable and wouldnt get very far if you kept contesting it.matched betting: £879.63

apart from the car reg (and it can only be the driver) you have to say if it a man/woman aprrox age and description of the driver. Thet time/date/location of incident what was dropped and hoe ie thrown out of driver window by man ,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,0

Yesterday saw untaxed car clamped on a bus stop, on busy shopping street.
How thoughtful of the DVLA (money grabbing chancellor) !!
