12 x 1 hour episodes . It stars the same three amiable and adaptable historians – Alex Langlands, Peter Ginn and Ruth Goodman

    Can highly recommend the show, the one they did last year was local to us, Acton Scott, the one for this series is based at Morwelham Quay, in South Devon, the location is beautiful, def be a good programe.

    we really enjoy these, especially fil and mil who are in there late 80s and are farming stock - must tell them its on. when they did the tudor one i was surprised that some of the things they did were things that mil talked about doing when she was small, i know things change slowly in the countryside......

    Thanks for the nod. I have a memory like a sieve, so would have missed this and the 'Giles and Sue' programme. I love these sort of programmes:D

    I don't watch Kirsty, but I did watch The High Street last Tuesday - another good programme that I thoroughly enjoyed:)
