I had 2 reserved last night but after reading the posts this morning, went early and stood 40 minutes waiting for Argos to open. Was first in the store and got one. Reservation numbers were for the Kirkcaldy and Glenrothes stores if it helps anyone, pm me and I'll give you the code.

Not on really is it. Just wish ARGOS would be consistent. It's not the 1st time they have let me down - I very rarely shop there nowadays cos they seem to make the rules up as they go along :mad:

Oh well reserved one but not right catalogue number as reserved early hours of this morning. I have been out all morning so didnt get to store until 2pm. SA said one I reserved is different to paper code so not able to have one and all free ones had gone.

Some of you guys have been really lucky being given the 2nd edition. I think staff at store I went to had been briefed not to give any without right code out - if only I could have got to store earlier they might not have realised

Same here! No queue in Argos -got there for 12 having reserved one last night. SA said they hadn't any in stock & had tried for 1 other lady. Wouldn't let me have the reserved game instead as it was different code.
Was really hoping to get it as ds likes this game...ah well. Bought a newspaper that I don't like so I bet they have made a nice profit today! Did manage to get my clinique free mascara though! It has only taken me a week of being fobbed off or no-one from clinique was available!

We got there just as it opened,lots of people had voucher. Most just handed over voucher & got game. We reserved one but he ignored that and just gave us the one that was on pile, there was 12 in pile at start. By time we left there was only 2 so went very fast.

I know it is free and what is there to complain about but OH did not want to go petrol wise and time wise to the next town along and buy a paper he never reads for nothing, I kept saying it is not for nothing and it was:rotfl::rotfl: the man behind me clutching his paper cut out and trailing four kids was not very impressed either especially seen as I knew I had reserved it and it was there in the stock room ready for me to pick up....according to the manager so long as I paid for it:D

Managed to get one :j thanks op , they wouldn't let me get one with the res code i made last night but they did reserve me one at another store to collect !
