Microchip cat flap big enough for pug?

  • I wouldn't dream of leaving my pug out unsupervised. We've got a 6ft fence but I still worry when we are out for a walk that someone might take a fancy to her and even break in the house when we are out! They are far too precious (in my opinion) to be anywhere they could be at risk. Its too hot in the summer and too cold in winter, if you have read up on the breed you will know they do suffer with breathing problems, which can be brought on by the weather. so I would just let it out when you are home. they are the most loving funny dogs and once you get it you wont want to let it out of your sight! I hope your are going to invest in a furminator and good hoover because you will not believe the amount of hair them little dogs lose
  • Our garden has a 7ft wall and is behind electronic gates but yes, neighbouring properties could look down into the garden and see the little furball out there, I suppose. We may well have a rethink and not go along that route afterall, so thanks for all the input.

I'm in training for this with a new wool rug; 3 months on and it is still shedding all over the place! But yes, I will definitely be getting a furminator (or maybe this - not sure how it would go down though, but there's a pug in the video at 57seconds who looks happy enough! https://www.asseenontvnetwork.com/petvac/)
  • I wouldn't leave my pug on his own in the garden..........somehow he manages to get into places i'd never think possible! Also prepare yourself for the snoring pugs do lol
