Club Mandate Advice Needed

About 2 years ago I signed a club banking mandate to become a signatory on the account. Sometime later, a considerable amount of fraud was committed on the account. I have now requested a copy of the original document I signed, to see if the document had been correctly filled in by our club secretary and was genuine (no unauthorized signatories added). At present the bank is reluctant to give me a non-redacted copy, stated that it has other peoples data, which it cannot disclose. Can I demand a copy?

A bank form or authority belongs to the bank not the club - what you need is the club constitution.

As a signatory you do have the right to have a copy of all withdrawals whether they be by cheque or counter withdrawal - although if this means a lot of work (ie a lot of transactions) then expect to have to pay a fee to the bank.
You can also ask the bank for a list of the signatories and in which capacity they can sign.
It might also be time to tell the bank to block the account because of the dispute and involve the police.
