Have I bought something dodgy?

I bought 2 canadian sim cards on eBay yesterday, The guy has a rating of over 800+ and looking through the feedback it does look legit.
Now the thing is, his listing said standard international postage would cost me C$7.50 and Xpresspost to UK was C$15
I bought 2 sims at C$8.99 and added C$15 for delivery. I paid instantly with Paypal and this morning I checked my email and he said sorry he got the postal price wrong on his listing and that Xpresspost is C$50 to the UK.
Apparently it is, or thereabouts anyway.
I don't want to pay this much and have said that I am not prepared to pay that much as I cannot afford it and that as it was an oversight on his behalf I will not leave negative feedback and can he refund the money to my paypal.
So far i've heard nothing back, although shall wait until tomorrow morning (time difference etc) until I email again or make my next move.
I don't think this person will swindle me, but I just want the refund, it's not my fault he didn't list the postage properly. What do you guys think? What should I do? Can I get my money back?

It seems it is an honest mistake. Just ask for your money back."Success is not to be measured by the position someone has reached in life, but the obstacles he has overcome while trying to succeed." Booker T. Washington

That's what i've thought, nothing dodgy so far. I'll wait until the morning to see if the seller has refunded me. I sent the refund request today, given the time difference etc i'll leave it until the morning.0

Well, i'd already paid C$15 for Canadapost Xpress post. Then he said it was a further C$50 on top of that as he miscalculated it.
And for that amount of money I don't think 10 business days is good enough for C$65!
It's ok now though, I got the refund this morning back to my bank so i'll just wait now and buy my sim cards in Toronto next week!0 -
$50 for delivery of sim cards from Canada- Am I missing something? Are they made of lead?
