Car insurance - NCP

Hi guys,
I am looking to get insurance for my Skoda Fabia 1.9 vrS 06 model and have been looking at the different comparison sites. The cheapest quote I am getting is from https://www.onequotedirect.co.uk for £749 with my No Claims Bonus protected (I have 4 years no claims, which was never protected before). They say that they are a representative of Europa group ltd and the policy displays an Allianz logo.
I am confused by this. Is it okay to go with a broker considering claims, are they good enough or is it worth spending another £50 quid and going with Aviva (£798)
Thanks in advance

Hi,
Allianz are a legit insurer. I would have no qualms insuring with them if the price is right.
The only thing I would mention is that most of their contact centers are Indian, however, so are Avivas. I don't see this is an issue, it is fyi.
At the end of the day it is 50 quid cheaper for the same product.0 -
thanks for the reply mate. Actually the presence of the broker confuses me. Who would I contact in case of a claim, is it the broker or Allianz directly0

If you make a claim, the first point of contact should be the broker. The would then either deal with it themselves or refer you to the insurer.
It has changed a bit, but the broker generally only sells the product, they are the middleman.
Check you policy docs when you get them. But I can't see you having any issues if you choose either insurer, broker or not.0
