Its not unusual to get calls from creditors after IVA is agreed, just keep refering them to your IP and they will soon stop.IVA Completed - 2010"Wine for my men, we ride at dawn"960

Mine carried on for about a month or so - I just set my IP on them....Do not meddle in the affairs of dragons, for you are crunchy and taste good with ketchup0

You know they shouldnt be calling, your IP knows they shouldn't be calling and they know they shouldn't be calling...
But if every-so-often someone is intimidated enough or confused enough to make a payment then it's a worthwhile fishing exercise for the banks.
Creditors used to ring up debtors like mad before the IVA was agreed offering them all sorts of alternative deals and arrangements dressed up so well that it was hard to refuse even though it was a worse prospect than entering the IVA.
You know you've entered the protection of an IVA now - or soon will - so stick with it, be polite but firm and simply refer them to your IP... the phonecalls will stop soon enough!Would you ask the wolves to look after the sheep?
