Pretty much always items missing or they are late.
Still at least at 5 PPM its a joy to wait on the asda helpline ( ussually for several minutes ) to get your money refunded.
i agree. i have always used asda but since i have moved to exeter i have had nothing but problems was thinking about trying tescos online shop.0 -
It wasn't that late in the end, turned up 20 mins late, it's the first time they've been late, driver didn't even apologise. Had a problem with one of my items, ordered a pack of 4 croissants and when they arrived there was clearly only 3 in the un-opened pack. Phoned up about that and they refunded my the full cost and apologised. Not sure where i'm going to try next month but I wont be getting a delivery on a saturday again.LBM September 2012Debt at LBM £10,573.00Current debt £3,250 (29/12/20)Current savings £4,950 (29/12/20)0

Sorry off topic but not sure where I can post looking for a bit of advice placed on order with tesco.com for delivery between 3 - 5pm today there was an offer that started today on J20 for half price so ordered 2 but they are showing full price in print off I placed the order about 4am this morning will it still go through when they make up the order in store and if it doesn't should I refuse to take it or accept it then ring tesco.com to sort it out just so I can be prepared. Just hoping someone has some knowledge of how this works.
Thankyou in advance0 -

I've had this before and so long as the offer started on the delivery day then I always received BOGOF, half price etc. I don't have any old orders to hand but I think I'm right in saying when you get your confirmation order via email prices are shown in full then the deductions/savings are shown on the printed order that comes with your groceries.0
