Central Ticketing and Roxburghe debt collectors!! Help

Hi
I am new to forumn, came accross the site whilst searching for parking fine advice. I received a ticket from Central ticketing in a private deveolpment of flats in Leighton Buzzard 25th August. I had a valid visitors permit. The car park was half under construction. The only bays in the completed area had flat numbers allocated to them. I parked in a place that was off the road, causing no obstruction and there was nothing to indicate no parking. The uncompleted area of the carpark was full. The notice says that a valid permit must be displayed at all times, which it was. I received a parking ticket at 05.20 am! Ticket was for £65.00 I disputed this with Central Ticketing saying I had a permit and the car park was not completed. Standard reply saying blah blah blah.. your appeal has not been sucsessful. I wrote back again asking them to tell what had I contravined to warrant a ticket. Exaclty the same standard letter back. I did not reply. 19th October received a letter from Roxburghe debt collectors demanding £147 now. I did not respond. Then today received another letter saying it will be passed to their Solicitors if I don't pay within 7 days. Solicitors are Graham White. I was so angry that I phoned the company (which reading some posts now realise this could be a mistake) However I did not give them contact phone number and withheld my number before dialing. The guy on the phone just kept repeating what was written in the letter so I gave up as I was too angry.
Can anyone give me some advice. I do not want to pay but I do not want to be subject to their bullying tactics either..
Cheers

Do no pay. Throw any letters in the bin. And ignore them. Make a cuppa too!!"If you no longer go for a gap, you are no longer a racing driver" - Ayrton Senna0

Roxburghe and graham white are the same people, you will notice that they have the same address!
Anyway just completely ignore their threats, they never ever ever ever ever go to court, you don't owe them anything, there is no debt, there is no legal reason to pay the ticket, they don't even know who parked there, the RK is often not the driver.
So don't worry and read the sticky what to expect , be happy to keep your money.Excel Parking, MET Parking, Combined Parking Solutions, VP Parking Solutions, ANPR PC Ltd, & Roxburghe Debt Collectors. What do they all have in common?
They are all or have been suspended from accessing the DVLA database for gross misconduct!
Do you really need to ask what kind of people run parking companies?0 -
Private Parking contractors need to use scare tactics to make their scams work. If they were honest they would write letters like 'we do not have a leg to stand on legally but we would love you to pay us £xxxx'. They will NOT take you to court, they know they would lose. Heed the good advice you have been given and save the money that they would love to steal from you.Still waiting for Parking Eye to send the court summons! Make my day!0
