Yeah im in full time employment and get benefits but our incomings a month are less than our outgoings. It just seems so unfare for them to do it without even talking to me or letting me find the money.

You had already missed a payment the month before.

Did you contact them to advise them you was in financial difficulty? maybe you should contact them and advise them of your current circumstances.

Not knowing all the details it's a bit difficult to give advice.

Hopefully someone will step in with the best thing to do now, but I suggest you try and sit down with the CAB or a debt advisor and work out what is best. The big advantage is that you are in work, so if your creditors are sensible they will give you a chance to get your finances under control. The first step in solving the problem is to ask for help.

^^ and if you speak to CAB they will sit down with you and do the Statement of Affairs. :)

Natwest paid me back all my fees for going overdrawn last year so they know im in debt and in trouble. They just dont care!
  • One other thought, keep a record of all correspondece with your creditors. If you speak to anyone on the phone take a full note of who, when and what was said. Be polite as this makes a real difference to the way they treat you, even if they are being unreasonable try not to give up.

There a bank not a charity or counselling service !!

You should speak to the CAB and get some help with managing your debts, and look at ways you can save money etc.

Yes thankyou im quite aware that they aren't a charity or councelling service! however considering iv had my account with them for 9 years and have always been good i would have thought they would have been a bit more understanding!

Right, so when you missed the first loan repayment, why did you not speak to them?
    Best Regards

How can you be a good customer when they have previously refunded all your charges last year. If was a one off I would be able to understand.
