    I thought that when i sent off for my £5 yesterday. They may go by the e-mail but then I have won a few £1, which I haven't claimed so not sure what amount I will end up!!

    when i claim the money I always put the amount on top of the letter you send but they still make mistake ,my son won a fiver and they send me a £1,so hope for the best

    I allways put amount won and date as do not claim all £1 wins

    Same here. I won £10 but was sent a cheque for £1 - even though I write the date and amount of each win on the top of my form. :(

    How long are people waiting for the cheque to arrive. Sent a claim off 2 weeks ago and still no reply

    ps - could anyone pm me the telephone number for Velvet - can't find it on the site.

    I've been waiting for about 3 or 4 weeks for mine to arrive.

    Velvet seem to be very slow and make a lot of mistakes. I won £10 but received a £1 and my brother did the same. We both email them and got the standard reply they are investigating but nothing more has come. I've also been waiting for 2 wins from December so have given up on them. Not very impressed at all. To be fair I have won a few times and had some cheques but I have a cupboard full of velvet - I always send the till receipt and the winning pack even though they are all the same. Would be interested to know if anyone has won more than £100?
