Just watched a clip for The Snowman (saddlerswells) which looks adorable! Does anyone know where to get offers/disounts for this? Its on at The Peaock Theatre WC2... gets rather expensive for a family of 6!

    Got this info from Theatremonkey:

    "The Snowman"
    Stalls:
    Centre Block rows C to R £32, rows A, B and S to U £27, rows V to X £18, rows Y to ZB £12

    Side Block rows F to R £32, rows A to E and S and T £27, rows U to W £18, rows X and Y £12

    Circle:
    Rows A to F £32
    Rows G to J £27

    Boxes £18 per seat.

A "family ticket" - four seats for £95 is also available for parties including at least one child. Contact the Box office on 0844 412 4322 for details. This ticket can only be booked on this number, and is not available in conjunction with any other offer. The booking must be made in a single transaction, and the party must be seated together.

Scroll down here for more information.

You might need to check seating on Saddlers Wells website. Can't post this at time of writting: Due to essential maintenance our online ticketing facility is offline.

And have a look at this from Lastminute.com: The Snowman tickets - Peacock Theatre - up to 50% off - tickets from £13.50 plus £2.85 booking fee.

Make sure you check the face value of the tickets first, so you don’t end up thinking you've got a deal when you haven’t.

By the way, you can now get The Snowman & Father Christmas on DVD for £4.99 at HMV if you're interested.

I nearly forgot to mention, Quidco offer 4% for theatre bookings with Lastminute.com.

Hope you find what you're looking for.

Update: I managed to find this on National Rail's Days Out Guide:

The Snowman Live on Stage: Get 2FOR1 SELECTED PERFORMANCES offers when you travel by train

    2FOR1 price £32

Offer valid for selected performances on:
    Wed 1, Thu 2, Mon 6, Wed 8 and Thu 9 December at 19.00
Wed 5 and Thu 6 January at 14.30
    Fri 7 January at 11.00 and 14.30

The catch with National Rail's Days Out Guide is you'll need that day's valid train ticket though I'm sure it'll still work out cheaper. Just buy a cheap single ticket (even if you don't use it) and you'll still be able to grab the offer.

    Hope this helps.

From National Rail's Days Out Guide:

Can the scheme accommodate larger group travel?

No, due to the nature of the offer, it has not been set up to accommodate the requirements of large groups. For large groups, please contact the attraction concerned.

    How many vouchers are required?

One voucher is required per two people. The voucher entitles one person to get in for free whilst the other pays the full adult rate, regardless of whether they qualify for concessions, e.g. Under 16, Senior, or Student. Please refer to the Terms and Conditions

Thinking about it you may need an extra two Adults for each child you bring for this offer to apply to the terms as one voucher is required per two people.
