AOL error code 420 - can't log on - pls help!

Hi,
We have a free AOL email address. Over the last couple of days whenever we've logged in we keep getting an "ERROR CODE 420" message. We use Firefox and have cleared the cache and browsing history but still keep getting the error message.
Please does anyone know what else we could try? Really desperate to check our emails....!!

I'll be honest - this is not a problem I've encountered before (touchwood) either as an AOL subscriber or in PCTech Land.
However try running C Cleaner and Malwarebytes as a starting point.

try login in from http://www.mail.com or http://www.aim.com/0

have a try in internet explorer and see if you get the same problem0
