Langeled link pipeline at Easington

Am finally getting round to organising the best deal on my gas and electric accounts as it's getting to the scary winter bill time. . .

Have any of you any info on how and when this gas link's prices kick in and approx. (%) how much less would a domestic user pay ?
Am a little previous, but there are all those deals of fixing the price for a period of time and maybe it's worth waiting ?

Don't really want to get locked into a deal if this Norwegian gas is going to cut prices relatively soon. . .

Any ideas - especially from readers/posters working in the power industry ?

If not, then when you get the info would you kindly post it ?

Many thanks

Lee
