help - Hotmail fullie.js problem

Having a problem with Hotmail on my netbook
Am able to sign in and access in box, but unable to go any further
Cannot open emails to read, click box to delete any, or open new message to write new
Help???
message on bottom left of screen shows...fullie.js.....
Ive checked on google techy Qs, and it says it may be something to do with java..I have Java installed ok.
I am able to access all ok on my mobile..so not a problem with my hotmail account

Two quick solutions to try spring to mind.
First -do a "System Restore" - You don't mention what make/model of Netbook or the operating system you are using (i.e. which version of Windows) nor which webrowser but ....
...... Start > Accessories > System Tools > System Restore
Should point you in the right direction.
A system clean might not be a bad idea - C Cleaner and malwarebytes are good.
Finally - give your web browser an update.

Ive tried system restore...and yes have active scripting enabled...no change to hotmail access
How do i change to a different browser? do i need to download?
