Loving this paper, the site has made me laugh out loud twice now and I am usually a miserable old trout. Just ordered the 75% off paper and kinda wish I had ordered earlier as it would be great for secret santa but not sure it will get here on time. Good luck to the people behind this business.

I ordered some weeks and weeks ago and nothing has arrived. I also sent a follow-up email about a week ago, and haven't had a reply to that. I am a bit gutted as I ordered the (Not So) Silent Night one and we have a baby due on Christmas Day so I thought it would be fab to wrap my OH's Christmas presents up in it, but I don't want to leave it too much longer before wrapping them (in case, as I'm hoping, baby decides to make an early appearance).

I wonder if it's because I am in Spain, when I went through checkout it allowed me to input my address in Spain, and everything else I've ordered (which is a lot! Spain is so expensive for almost everything) has been received very quickly.

UPDATE: I just went back on the site and my order was still in my basket so i tried again and it went through. Hope delivery isn't too long lol!!

After posting the above l got a private message through this site from one of the staff explaining that they had now upgraded to 4x the size of the original papers l wasn't happy with and that they would like to send me some complimentary papers a gesture which was really appreciated.

I'll update you all again when they arrive but these papers are lovely quality and now they're on the larger size you can't go wrong.

Also, as they are a new small company they are comitted to giving excellent customer service which in these trying times goes a very long way.

So you can order in confidence - as myself and confuzzled have found. Mark from the company tells me they are also working this weekend on some Christmas markets across the north of England if any of you can make it.

Glad your getting some freebie paper, this thread I started has had over 20,000 views and I didn't get a thank you from rude wrapping:(

Edit Must have got out bed the wrong way that morning as I sound like a right grumpy cow. Rude wrappings have sent me a lovely pm and offered to send me out some papers.

Well to update on my post above, I have to say the staff at Rude Wrappings have been fantastic. Since midnight last night my non-delivery is now sorted and I couldn't be happier at the customer service.

The idea is brilliant and all the wrapping papers look fab. I can't wait to see my OH's face when he sees it.

Cathwales - thanks. I'm both petrified at the idea of giving birth in Spain and excited to have a newborn baby for Christmas!

I have just checked my emails and my paypal account and have been billed twice for my order! The order status on paypal says 'completed' so do I contact Rude Wrappings or paypal to stop/refund one of the payments?

I would say contact rude wrappings they can refund back through paypal.
