BOGOF on Rude Christmas wrapping paper

i just thought i'd make a point to tell you how pleased i am with this company!

last night when i logged back into MSE i had a pm from one of the Rude Wrappings staff saying he'd seen my post about not receiving my free sets. he explained they are a new company and are having a few teething problems but they wanted me to get what i ordered to he asked me to please send him my details so it could be rectified.

well that proactive approach really impressed me so i wrote back thanking him and promptly sent of an email with my order details and reciept from paypal.

this morning i got an email from Mark from the company thanking me for contacting them again. He thanked me for my patience, explained they are sending out my free sets and a set to appologise (not necessary but appreciated!) and flat out said that they are new and they now realise that their processing isn't up to snuff but now they know it they are working on fixing it.

well fair enough, i run my own small business from home so i fully understand human error and honest mistakes. what impresses me is their honesty and proactiveness, something i think many a company could and should learn from them!

so please don't be put off buying from them, we all have hiccups sometimes...it's how we handle them that are the true measure of our worth, not the fact that we made them in the first place

Ditto, my heart sank when I discovered a packet missing, how many times does this happen and it takes forever and lots of hassle to get it sorted? They put it right immediately!! Mistakes happen...but the way they handled it, IMMEDIATELY means I'd have no worries recommending them and WILL be back to order more, their non-Christmas paper is great too :T

Same here, quality customer service and honesty go a long way today.

I've ordered some xmas bits incuding birthday paper too, my teenage nephews will be thrilled with the 'ho f*cking ho' paper :rotfl:

wow,love it. i just ordered enarly £20 worth. should be a laugh. good job most of my gifts are for adults. the mother in law will be disgusted :j:j:D.

Hi, the paper is great, but it's very small, the sheets are only A3 size, so make sure you have small presents to wrap in them!

Ha ha! Love it. But do I have the balls to wrap my relatives presents in it?? Some of them are sure to not see the funny side - although that could be all the more reason to use it!
