I can only comment on the service I've received from Tim, and the product that has arrived. Both were excellent and the mattress is quite easily the best I've ever slept on. I'd previously bought a mattress from Dreams with latex on one side, and the quality is absolutely no-where near that of my new one.

One thing I would say is that if you've got a bed with slats on you'll have to get a sheet of hardboard from somewhere like B&Q to ensure the mattress springs don't push through the gaps. I've done this (on advice from Tim) and it makes a massive difference.

Thanks. Can I ask which mattress you bought and whether you chose to add a Climasmart or Coolmax cover?

Hi Pete

I got a King Size version of the Vienna by La Romantica and added the Climasmart cover.

Well worth the money, time will tell how long it lasts, but at the moment it's all looking perfect.
