you dont get money off your tv licence unfortunatly. you can ask IS to pay your water directly to them out of your weekly money to ensure it is paid though contact your water company and inform them of this they dont like it but at the end of the day you can do it if on low income/and have a post office account as no direct debit payments can go from it. they may persuade you to pay by paypoint card but if direct water payment is easier on you then you can do it. you have to contact IS if you intend on doing this.0
