LCD wall mount bracket advice sought

Hi

I am looking for some advice on wall brackets for LCD screens. I have bought a 26inch LCD screen but have been told that it may not be able to but it on plasterboard. I have been advised to go for an "adjustable" wall bracket arm instead (ie Vogels EFW 6245). Looking at the market, there are 100s or 1000s of different makes, manufacturers etc out there ... lots of choice but which one would be most suitable for me?? I am looking for an "adjustable"/flexible wall bracket that can carry a 26inch LCD screen.

Any help or advice would be appreciated.

Many thanks.

is it plasterboard with stud wall ? i was just thinking u can drill thru the plasterboards in to the brick,.
  • I use the Vogel mount for my 42" plasma and very happy with it. With plasterboard walls be very careful. You'll probably need to find the studs behind th ewall and use those.
