    I was involved in an accident in May and was immediately offered £1000 like you, i was advised by my solicitor to reject the claim and have had to have 2 courses of physio plus a visit to see their approved medical examiner. I would listen to the advice on here and get some time with a solicitor. If it goes to court though and you are awarded less in compensation than a previous offer you have to accept it.
