  • There is another thread running on this, so we should probably decide where to discuss the update.

    As I mentioned there, you really should try establishing direct contact with your landlord before you give in.

    Talk to the LL directly, there's a very good chance he doesn't even know this is going on and thinks you are leaving of your own accord.

    You've received some excellent advice but I was concerned by the above. Do they have access to your account? Bank account? ie a direct debit mandate or other? If so, given their unprofessionalism I would cancel it and pay by a means that is firmly in your control!

    Also as suggested, check the validity of the Notice you've received AND contact the landlord direct.
