• To enter our prize draw simply, purchase a pack of stamps or a Wallace and Gromit Presentation Pack during the Promotion Period and submit your contact details on the entry form page at www.royalmail.com/xmaspostoffice - No Purchase Necessary for Northern Ireland residents.
• 1. Promotion open to all UK residents aged 18 or over excluding Royal Mail Group employees, their families, agents or anyone else professionally connected with the promotion.
• 2. Entries into the promotion will be accepted between midnight on Monday 1st November 2010 and midnight on Friday 31st December 2010 (the "Promotion Period").
• 3. All entries received outside of the Promotion Period will not be accepted.
• 4. To enter the promotion, entrants must purchase a first class book of stamps or a Wallace and Gromit Presentation Pack and then provide their full name, email address and postal address at www.royalmail.com/xmaspostoffice. All entrants must provide accurate contact details.
• 5. No purchase necessary for residents of Northern Ireland. Residents of Northern Ireland can enter by just providing their full name, email address and postal address at www.royalmail.com/xmaspostoffice.
• 6. Maximum of one entry per person.
• 7. Incomplete and incorrectly completed entry forms will not be accepted as entrance into the promotion.
• 8. There are 20 prizes to be won. The prizes are as follows:
  • 1. 10 prizes each of a day out at Aardman's Studio. Day out at Aardman's Studio, Bristol - 10 winners plus up to 4 family members (each) will receive a day out in Bristol, at Aardman's Studio and the Visit Bristol exhibition. Winners will have a tour of the model making studio, take part in model making and receive a goody bag. The day is suitable for children aged 10 and over. Children must be accompanied but an adult and at least one of the party of 4 must be over 18 yrs of age. Date will be specified by Aardman but will be no later than 30th September 2011. The cost of travel to and from the location is specifically excluded from the prize and is the sole responsibility of the winners and guests. By entering, all entrants assume all liability for any injury or damages, whether to persons or property, caused or claimed to be caused by their entry or participation in the Promotion, attendance at the Event and/or their acceptance, use, and/or misuse of any Prize, and to the fullest extent permitted by law, further release and agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless the Promoter and its parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, suppliers, advertising and promotion agencies, and each of their respective officers, directors, agents, representatives and employees (collectively, the "Released Parties") from any such costs, damages, expenses, claims, suits, actions, causes of action or liability of any kind. If, as a result of events beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter, the Promoter reasonably decides to alter or postpone the Event, then the Promoter (a) will give as much notice to the prize winner as reasonably possible, and (b) will use reasonable efforts to arrange a suitable alternative of similar value, and (c) will not be liable for any loss or damage suffered by the prize winner as a result.   • 2. A year's supply of cheese - 10 prizes of a year's supply of Wensleydale cheese (equivalent to 2kg of cheese) from the Wensleydale Creamery, or the equivalent in cash (£250).
• 9. There will be 20 winners in total who will be the first names chosen at random on Friday 14 January 2011 from all valid entries. The first 10 names drawn will receive the day out at Aardman's Studio and the second 10 names drawn will win the years supply of cheese.
• 10. The prizes are not transferable and there is no cash alternative.
• 11. Winners must confirm acceptance of their success within 14 days of notification, otherwise an alternative winner will be chosen from the remaining valid entries.
• 12. Winner must be able to provide proof of purchase of a book of First Class stamps or Wallace and Gromit Presentation Pack (excluding residents of Northern Ireland).
• 13. The winners may be asked to participate in PR linked to this promotion
• 14. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for entries that are not received for any reason.
• 15. The Promoter reserves the right to offer alternative prizes of the same or higher value where it becomes necessary to do so.
• 16. Entrance into the Promotion is deemed acceptance of these terms and conditions. Any entrant who does not adhere to these terms and conditions will be disqualified from the promotion.

sorry to bump i bought these & entered before i read this................
but post office didnt give me a receipt, what is my proof?
the receipt or the book of stamps?
also
im really unsure of main prize, if 2nd is worth £250
it doesnt say the cost of 1st
i think id rather have the 2nd as it would cost us a lot for travel & accom
dont think it'll be me anyway lol
