Hello I've failed my esa assessment and esa has been stopped - however I cannot claim job seekers allowance as I'm still employed - obv SSP has stopped but they are willing to keep my job open but wont allow me to return to work as GP / has signed me off sick...just seem to be going round in circles and getting know where....? and of course I've now got financial problems as well.

If you wish to appeal the decision, you can claim the assessment rate of ESA until your appeal is heard.Gone ... or have I?0
