Windows 98 SE update

Have got my Mum an old PC with 98 SE installed but Mum does not have internet. Is there a way I can download windows update and take a CD around to update her PC?

was going too say autopatcher.com but they dont do updates for win98,.
if ur good with the pc,. i would go with linux ubuntu.com as it would be more stable then win98 and run quicker then win98,. and it is what alot of newbie linux users are using.0 -
