Garage Door - Home Installation?!

I'm looking to upgrade a couple of things around the house. I have a rather teeny tiny Garage and saw these Roller doors from http://www.garagedoorsuperstore.co.uk

I'm not bad at DIY but i've never installed a garage door mechanism!!!! Any advice?! I've managed to get a friend (for the price of a couple of beers to help me too!)

Thanks

assuming they send you an installation leaflet, itll be a simple enough job.
two men (or ladies) is almost essential.

Given the weight of the mechanism I'd imagine it is a two person job at least but given the idiots that installed ours, I'd guess anyone with a little common sense would be more than capable of doing it.

Looking at those prices, we had our roller door done for not much more than that, fitted and disposal of old doors.

It might be worth getting a quote from a local firm to supply and fit the door, you can then compare with these online prices.

    :D
