a query to robinsons netbook winners

    Decided to call them as when I re-read the WEM it actually says this...."Please allow 28 days for your prize to get to you once you." ....??????

    So obviously something missing off the end of that sentence...lovely young man says it should say " once you have confirmed your details"...
    He said they phone after you after your win to confirm your details are correct...can't tell me when it will be delivered but reckons could be a day or too if there are no probs re stock...

    The 0800 number given is to Britvic...chap took my details, confirmed I was a winner, and said he will pass them on the promoters of the comp

    I won last week and they said allow 28 days but it should take about a week.

    Not arrived yet but I'm sure they've got lots of mse'rs to deal with :D

    Ok, Couldn't resist calling after I read this. Called, a nice lady said it was right for me to call and she said I should receive in the next couple of weeks now that I have confirmed my details (and passed onto the promoters). Fingers crossed...!

    Will keep you updated on if/when I receive!

    Hi guys, sorry to bump this thread but just wanted to let you guys know, I got my netbook delivered yesterday after phoning them on Friday to confirm my details. I won last Tuesday. So took exactly a week to get to me after winning...

    I won on 5th November and had a call from a witheld number the same day. Mine arrived yesterday - and yes, mine's a N130.
    Is that what we were supposed to get? Can't remember! :D

    Yep i got a N130 as well but i read on here somewhere that is what everyone was getting.

    And something to do with the processor size being something to bump it up to 270? Sorry, I'm not a techie, get confused with processor sizes and numbers like that...

    And to think i work in IT as well :rotfl:
