a query to robinsons netbook winners

hi there my oh won on this comp on tuesday 2nd nov and the confirmation call about an hour after winning, but i was just wondering how long after winning did you recieve your netbook?

I won on Tuesday and have not had a phone call yet? I missed one yesterday lunchtime but the it was ' number witheld'...should I wait , or contact them ? TIA

I won on a thursday and the netbook came on the tuesday, was very quick. Well done on your win xxx

Hi Bullshot, I won on Tuesday as well and missed a withheld call (as I was driving - that same day). No sign of the lappy yet though. I hope to get it next week I suppose, seeing at its the average time for delivery.

It did say on the WEM to leave it 28 days before you contact them so I suppose we have to wait!!

I won on Saturday, phone call Monday lunchtime, laptop arrived Tuesday

I won last Sunday, had a withheld call on Monday which I didnt get to in time so I guess it was them. I did send them an email saying I thought I had missed the call and confirming my address. No netbook yet though.

I won on monday and didnt hear a thing so rang them yesterday and just confirmed details and she said i should receive it next week, so worth just giving them a call yourself as i think in the terms & conditions it says after attempts of contacting with no luck after the 28 days they are in their right to take the prize back..

Hello won mine on the Thursday, call came through the following day from a witheld number and laptop arrived the following Thursday.
