A new roof should include removal of the old tiles, refelt, battern and re-tile. The issues disposal rather tha removal. This can be done via a council or private waste transfer station. The tiles will normally get bagged up in special bags. There is no massive danger to you, but the roofer should be aware that they are aspestos and not 'composite' tiles as this may effect the quoted price.0
